Climate change poses an escalating threat to health systems: disrupting service delivery, straining infrastructure, and exacerbating health inequities. Strengthening resilience requires integrating climate risk into health planning, infrastructure, and operations. GLC4HSR initiated this work through a series of expert consultations and webinars, leading to the development of concept notes on climate-resilient health infrastructure. These ideas were further refined through regional dialogues, such as the UNICEF Climate Roundtable and the SEA Climate Minds Roundtable, and deepened at thematic sessions during the 2024 and 2025 Annual Conclaves. The resulting framework promotes locally grounded, systems-wide adaptation strategies.
