The Secretariat of the Global Learning Collaborative for Health Systems Resilience (GLC4HSR) is
hosted by ACCESS Health International, a globally recognized think tank,
advisory group, and implementation partner in health systems. The Secretariat serves as the
backbone of the Collaborative's efforts to enhance health systems resilience worldwide.
ACCESS Health International leverages its extensive network of regional offices in
India, Singapore, and MENA, alongside strategic partnerships in other regions,
to provide secretarial and technical support.
Drawing on its experience in founding and nurturing initiatives such as the Joint
Learning Network (JLN) and the India Health Systems Collaborative
(IHSC), ACCESS Health ensures robust and effective management of the GLC4HSR.
